ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Beth Santillan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-discipline, reliability, and time-management in a remote work setting.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, video conferencing, and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Required.
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain within 30 days—training support provided).

Compensation $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
