"Heber and State Farm helped me out a great deal! I was with allstate before but they started to really jack up the prices. After searching for days online with everybody, all the quotes coming in were absurd; being higher than my allstate renewals. But then I found Beth Santillan's State Farm office online and put in a quote request, and Heber promptly called me! First off he initially found me a great quote for my homeowner's policy if I bundled my vehicle in, this move alone saved me $700 from what my previous insurer was renewing me at! Then he was able to save me another $50 for my rental property insurance, so overall I came out saving $750 for the year and got a lower deductible on the rental property and overall better coverage on the homeowners. The whole process was enjoyable, because Heber was great to speak to and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Heber 😁"

"Rates seem fair (but time to shop around). Once we signed up, the customer service was gone. We had an issue about 8 months ago. We called to inquire about our options and they were not friendly at all nor helpful. I've recently completed a defensive driving course. Emailed the agent. No response. I had to call the office and Diana provided me with her email. I then emailed her the certificate and we hadn't heard back how, or if this would change our rate. I followed up with an email to Diana this week and still no response. I don't feel like this office has our best interest at heart."

"5 Starts to this office, excellent customer service, fast response action of the agent Miss Liliana, this agent in this office cares about you and your car, Liliana so professional step in and support me with my claim, I'm so grateful with Liliana. But I gave to Claim Department an just ⭐️one start! I been with state farm for years until my car was in accident, the Claim department fail to me when I most needed, the adjuster took day's off for work and his Manager leave my Claim on waiting list and Claim department team don't care about, oh is total loss and they stop in 7 day's your rental car + I need wait for the adjuster back to the office more than week! Without a car , I called the adjuster many times, and I left voice messages, and nobody responded back, I mentioned to the adjuster, "Please help me the most fast you have the information Claim complete because I really need a car, I need to work, my older parents to take care and move to the doctor appointments, and he didn't care. Maybe it is not State Farm, just this bad, horrible Claim Department manager and his team. After Liliana agent and Beth stepped in, the claim department moved faster with my claimed solution. Attention to State Farm CEO check your Claim Department, We paying not just a dollar, we paying to recieve the best support protection when we most needed."
