In this role, you’ll partner with hiring leaders, attract top talent, guide candidates through the hiring process, and create an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Review resumes and conduct phone interviews and initial candidate screenings
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience and provide timely updates
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain organized documentation
  • Support onboarding efforts and hiring transitions
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruiting, sales, staffing, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience using recruiting platforms or applicant tracking systems is a plus
